Cancellation Policy
RELOCATE SOUTH AFRICA – BOOKING & SERVICE POLICY At Relocate South Africa, we are committed to providing professional, personalized, and high-quality services. By booking any consultation, package, planning service, or digital product, you agree to the following terms. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS Full payment is required to confirm all bookings and services. Work, research, planning, sourcing, coordination, or consultations will not begin until payment has been received. RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability. CANCELLATIONS Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 administrative fee. NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable. PERSONALIZED SERVICES Many Relocate South Africa services involve customized planning, research, sourcing, coordination, and preparation. Once work has commenced on any personalized service, payments become non-refundable. This includes consultations, relocation packages, lifestyle planning services, property sourcing, school guidance, and related services. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital products, guides, PDFs, checklists, and downloadable resources are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Relocate South Africa provides guidance, recommendations, and coordination services. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, pricing, policies, or performance of third-party providers, including property agencies, landlords, schools, accommodation providers, transportation companies, government departments, legal professionals, immigration professionals, or financial institutions. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding budgets, preferences, timelines, family requirements, and relocation goals. SERVICE LIMITATIONS Relocate South Africa provides relocation guidance, planning, coordination and support services. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, or investment advice. Clients should seek qualified professional advice where necessary. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By booking, purchasing, or engaging with any Relocate South Africa service, package clients acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
